Pousada Queluz

Ground floor rooms overlook the parking lot. The bathtub lacked a plug, rendering it fairly useless. Hot water took forever to reach the room, wasting a ton of water. The plug in the wash hand basin also didn't work properly, complicating basic hygiene tasks.

Hotel staff and facility were excellent.

Only uncomfortable moment I had was when I went to the restaurant. There was a who you are!? look when I went in. No greeting or not a single word but a interogating look. They could have just say to wait or something to me in portuguese or in any other languages. But the service afterwards was not bad.

Spacious & clean hotel, its location is amazing and incredible next to Lisboa and Sintra historic, train station and station / buses. The staff are very welcoming and pleasant, overall. The breakfast is sensational with enough variation in the selected choises, has outstanding food...

Historic ambiance near Queluz Palace, spacious, comfy room.

It was clean, comfortable, the service was excellent and the food was of excellent quality.

They seem to tolerate smoking in rooms even when their policy is a no smoking policy.l

The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to offer directions to a variety of places we visited. The room/hotel was very comfortable and well placed for what we wanted to do while in Lisbon.

Unbelievable the bathtub was dirty with hair! My room reminded me of a furnace, air was dry, didn't receive a welcome gift or upgrade, nor even a complimentary glass of water. I really thought it would be amazing, but let's be real, anyone can put historic in the name. I just couldn't leave a good review.

Lack of Smoking Facility

Enjoyed a wonderful stay with a tasty breakfast and excellent options. The only downside was the limited breakfast variety, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. I recommend checking out the surrounding restaurants for great local eats 😊

Rather close to the airport, nice receptionists

Seemed like the room was unused for quite a while, was already a bit stuffy in there; building needs renovation; no atm; nice ambiente if you like castles, but has something depressing too

Wonderful spot, friendly staff. Nice tasty ice tea when you arrive. Loved it!

From the front you can hear cars passing, but it's not a problem.
